发电机出口电压互感器匝间短路电流特性及其在线监测研究OA
Interturn Short-Circuit Current Characteristics of Generator Output Voltage Transformer and Its On-Line Monitoring
针对发电机出口电压互感器(PT)匝间短路故障预警需求,研究了PT一次侧匝间短路电流与短路匝数之间的关系,提出了基于一次侧短路电流的匝间短路故障在线监测预警方法.首先从理论上分析了发电机出口 PT匝间短路时的电流增大机制,接着研制不同短路匝数比的PT试验模型开展试验,获得了一次电流受短路匝数比及外施电压等因素的影响,建立了基于一次电流的PT匝间短路故障在线监测方法,实测结果显示该方法可实现短路匝数比0.01%的诊断精度.研制了基于一次电流的发电机出口 PT匝间短路故障在线监测系统,通过发电机出口 PT柜模拟试验平台的实际诊断,验证了该系统的有效性.本研究可为发电机出口 PT匝间短路故障监测预警提供参考,避免发电机组非计划停机.
In response to the demand for warning of interturn short-circuit faults in generator output volt-age transformers(PT),the author studies the relationship between the primary side interturn short-cir-cuit current of PT and the number of short-circuit turns.An online monitoring and warning method for interturn short-circuit faults based on the primary side short-circuit current is proposed.Firstly,the current variation mechanism during PT interturn short-circuit was theoretically analyzed.Subsequently,PT test models with different short-circuit turns ratios were developed for experimentation,and the influ-ence of factors such as short-circuit turns ratio and external voltage on the primary current was obtained.An online monitoring method for PT interturn short-circuit faults based on primary current was estab-lished,and the measured results showed that the method could achieve a diagnostic accuracy of 0.01%for short-circuit turns ratio.We have developed an online monitoring system for PT interturn short-cir-cuit faults at the generator outlet based on a single current.The effectiveness of the system has been veri-fied through practical diagnosis on the generator outlet PT cabinet simulation test platform.This study can provide reference for monitoring and early warning of PT interturn short-circuit faults at the generator outlet,avoiding unplanned shutdowns of the generator set.
