输电线路大开挖板式混凝土桩基外敷接地降阻方法研究OA
External Grounding Resistance Reduction Method for Large Excavation Slab Concrete Pile Foundation of Transmission Line
针对高土壤地区土壤散流能力差,桩基自然接地电阻过大和有限面积下不易大面积、长距离铺设人工接地体等问题,本研究根据大开挖基础施工的工序和特点,提出输电线路大开挖基础沿面外敷和螺旋外敷两种外敷降阻方案,并验证其降阻效果.首先,根据大开挖板式基础实际结构尺寸,建立输电线路大开挖桩基自然接地、沿面外敷和螺旋外敷仿真计算模型.然后,计算分析单桩基接地散流特性,并对两种外敷接地降阻方案降阻效果进行对比.最后,计算全塔桩基采用外敷降阻的降阻效率,并分析桩基混凝土电阻率、土壤条件对全塔桩基外敷接地电阻和降阻效率的影响.研究结果表明:沿面外敷和螺旋外敷改变了桩基散流方向,都明显降低了桩基接地电阻,综合考虑降阻效果和成本,双面外敷为最合适的外敷降阻方案,在高土壤电阻率1 500 Ω·m时,降阻效率仍达到60.94%.
Aiming at the problems of poor soil dispersion ability in high soil area,excessive natural grounding resistance of pile foundation and difficulty in laying artificial grounding electrode in large area and long distance under limited area,based on the process and characteristics of large excavation founda-tion construction,the author puts forward two kinds of external application resistance reduction schemes of large excavation foundation along the surface and spiral external application of transmission line,and verifies their resistance reduction effects.Firstly,according to the actual structure size of the large exca-vation plate foundation,the simulation calculation model of natural grounding,surface external applica-tion and spiral external application of the large excavation pile foundation of the transmission line is estab-lished.Then,the grounding current dispersion characteristics of single pile foundation are calculated and analyzed,and the resistance reduction effects of two external grounding resistance reduction schemes are compared.Finally,the resistance reduction efficiency of the whole tower pile foundation with external re-sistance reduction is calculated,and the influence of pile foundation concrete resistivity and soil condi-tions on the external grounding resistance and resistance reduction efficiency of the whole tower pile foun-dation is analyzed.The results show that the surface external application and the spiral external applica-tion change the direction of the pile foundation,and significantly reduce the grounding resistance of the pile foundation.Considering the resistance reduction effect and cost,the double-sided external applica-tion is the most suitable external application resistance reduction scheme.When the soil resistivity is 1 500 Ω·m,the resistance reduction efficiency still reaches 60.94%,which can provide a reference for the actual transmission line tower grounding resistance reduction.
