不同林型落叶松叶功能性状及其与土壤理化因子的关系OA
Leaf Functional Traits of Larix gmelinii in Different Forest Types and Their Relationships with Soil Physicochemi-cal Factors
以大兴安岭北部四种兴安落叶松(Larix gmelinii)林,草类-落叶松林(CLL)、杜鹃(Rhododendron dau-ricum)-落叶松林(DJL)、石蕊(Cladonia)-落叶松林(SRL)、杜香(Rhododendron tomentosum)-落叶松林(DXL)为研究对象,测定不同林型落叶松叶功能性状及土壤理化性质,并通过单因素方差分析及冗余分析,探究两者间的关系,以期为科学评价落叶松叶功能性状及环境适应策略、叶功能性状与土壤性质之间的关系研究提供参考.结果表明:不同林型落叶松叶功能性状间差异显著,其中,杜香-落叶松林比叶面积(SLA,ASL)最大(161.45 cm2·g-1),石蕊-落叶松林叶干物质质量分数(LDMC,w(LDM))最高(478.36g·kg-1);比叶面积与叶组织密度(DLT)呈显著负相关.不同林型落叶松的叶功能性状对应的土壤主导因子各异,其中,草类-落叶松林叶性状受有效磷质量分数(w(AP))主导,杜鹃-落叶松林受土壤含水量(SWC)和土壤全氮质量分数(w(TN))共同调控,石蕊-落叶松林与电导率(EC)关联紧密,杜香-落叶松林则受土壤 pH 显著影响.兴安落叶松在其生长过程中通过改变叶片形态及养分含量适应生态环境,其叶功能性状与土壤理化因子密切相关.
Four types of Larix gmelinii forests in the northern Greater Khingan Mountains,namely herb-L.gmelinii forest(CLL),Rhododendron dauricum-L.gmelinii forest(DJL),Cladonia-L.gmelinii forest(SRL)and Rhododendron tomen-tosum-L.gmelinii forest(DXL),were selected as the research objects.Leaf functional traits of L.gmelinii and soil physi-cochemical properties were measured.One-way analysis of variance(ANOVA)and redundancy analysis(RDA)were adopted to explore the relationships between leaf functional traits and soil physicochemical properties.This study aims to provide a reference for scientifically evaluating leaf functional traits and environmental adaptation strategies of L.gmelinii,as well as relevant researches on the linkage between leaf functional traits and soil properties.The results showed that leaf functional traits differed significantly among the four forest types.The specific leaf area(SLA,ASL)was the highest in R.tomentosum-L.gmelinii forest,with a value of 161.45 cm2·g-1,while Cladonia-L.gmelinii forest had the maximum leaf dry matter content(LDMC,w(LDM)478.36 g·kg-1).Specific leaf area was significantly negatively correlated with leaf tissue density(DLT).The dominant soil factors affecting leaf functional traits varied across forest types.Leaf traits in herb-L.gmelinii forest were mainly governed by available phosphorus content(AP).Soil water content(SWC)and total nitro-gen content(w(TN))jointly regulated leaf traits in R.dauricum-L.gmelinii forest.Leaf functional traits of Cladonia-L.gmelinii forest were closely related to soil electrical conductivity(EC),and soil pH exerted a significant effect on R.to-mentosum-L.gmelinii forest.L.gmelinii adapts to the ecological environment by adjusting leaf morphology and nutrient contents during growth,and its leaf functional traits are closely associated with soil physicochemical factors.
