肥料种类对西红花(Crocus sativus)球茎产量和品质的影响OA
Effects of Fertilizer Types on Corm Yield and Quality of Crocus sativus
西红花(Crocus sativus L.)是世界上珍贵的药用植物,被誉为"红色黄金".然而,球茎退化导致其产量和品质逐年下降.为了探究不同肥料对西红花球茎产量和品质的影响,以及土壤理化性质、微生物与球茎之间的关系.试验设置 4 个处理:羊粪(YF)、菌肥(JF)、菜籽饼(CZB)、豆腐渣(DFZ),以常规施肥为对照(CK).结果表明:与常规施肥相比,豆腐渣处理显著提高了土壤全氮(TN)、全磷(TP)、全钾(TK)、碱解氮(AN)、速效磷(AP)、有机质(SOM)质量分数.羊粪、菌肥、豆腐渣处理能提升土壤细菌群落多样性,其中酸杆菌门(Acidobacteria)和变形菌门(Proteobacteria)为各处理中的优势菌群.施肥处理均能提高球茎平均质量,其中豆腐渣处理球茎平均质量最大(18.27 g),球茎产量最高(1299.87g·m-2),且该处理中 75.72%的球茎平均质量大于 15 g,品质最佳.相关性分析表明,土壤有机质与西红花球茎产量呈显著正相关.偏最小二乘路径模型(PLS-PM)显示,土壤有机质和全量养分是影响球茎产量和品质最关键的因素.因此,施用豆腐渣对提高西红花球茎的产量和品质效果最佳.
Crocus sativus L.is a precious medicinal plant in the world,known as"red gold".However,corm degeneration has led to a year-by-year decline in its yield and quality.To investigate the effects of different fertilizers on the yield and quali-ty of C.sativus corms,as well as the relationships among soil physicochemical properties,microorganisms,and corms,four treatments were established in this experiment:sheep manure(YF),microbial fertilizer(JF),rapeseed cake(CZB),and bean curd residue(DFZ),with conventional fertilization as the control(CK).The results showed that com-pared with conventional fertilization,the bean curd residue treatment significantly increased the contents of soil total nitro-gen(TN),total phosphorus(TP),total potassium(TK),available nitrogen(AN),available phosphorus(AP),and soil organic matter(SOM).Treatments with sheep manure,microbial fertilizer,and bean curd residue improved the diver-sity of the soil bacterial community,among which Acidobacteria and Proteobacteria were the dominant phyla in all treat-ments.All fertilization treatments increased the average corm mass.Among them,the bean curd residue treatment produced the highest average corm mass(18.27 g)and the highest corm yield(1 299.87 g·m-2).In this treatment,75.72%of the corms had an average mass greater than 15 g,indicating the best quality.Correlation analysis showed that soil organic mat-ter was significantly positively correlated with C.sativus corm yield.The partial least squares path model(PLS-PM)re-vealed that soil organic matter and total nutrients were the most critical factors affecting corm yield and quality.Therefore,the application of bean curd residue has the best effect on improving the yield and quality of C.sativus corms.
