为明晰东北红豆杉(Taxus cuspidate)种群天然更新的基本规律,揭示地形因子对其林下幼苗幼树更新过程的影响规律,以东北红豆杉野生种群的幼苗幼树为研究对象,依托穆棱东北红豆杉动态监测样地,分析幼树与幼苗天然更新的主要限制因素.结果显示:东北红豆杉幼苗幼树最适宜的生境为海拔672~740 m.幼苗幼树基径、株高均是阴坡高于阳坡.上坡位、中坡位的幼苗数量占调查总量的90. 18%,上坡位、中坡位的幼树数量占调查总量的70. 00%,幼苗和幼树在上坡位、中坡位的数量优于下坡位.东北红豆杉幼苗与幼树具有显著的空间聚集分布特征,且聚集强度随核密度等级升高而增大,且在西北角和正北区域聚集密度最高.相关性分析显示,地形因子显著影响幼苗幼树的更新,幼苗的基径与坡向呈显著负效应(P<0. 05),株高与坡度存在极显著负效应( P<0. 01),与坡向呈显著正效应(P<0. 05),株数与坡向存在极显著正效应(P<0. 01),坡度和坡向是影响幼苗更新的主要因子;幼树的基径与坡度呈极显著的负效应(P<0. 01),与海拔呈显著负效应(P<0. 05),株高与海拔呈极显著负效应(P<0. 01),坡度和海拔是显著影响幼树更新的主要因子.因此,针对东北红豆杉天然种群的就地保育、迁地恢复,应综合考虑不同地形因子的综合作用,结合其幼苗幼树在不同地形条件下的更新规律与空间分布特征,科学划定保育区域、优化恢复方案.

To clarify the basic law of natural regeneration of the Taxus cuspidata population and reveal the influence of topograph-ic factors on the regeneration process of understory seedlings and saplings,this study took seedlings and saplings of wild T.cuspidata populations as research objects.Based on the dynamic monitoring plot of T.cuspidata in Muling,the main limit-ing factors for the natural regeneration of seedlings and saplings were analyzed.The results showed that the most suitable habitat for T.cuspidata seedlings and saplings was at an altitude of 672-740 m.Both basal diameter and plant height of seedlings and saplings on shady slopes were higher than those on sunny slopes.Seedlings on upper and middle slope posi-tions accounted for 90.18%of the total surveyed individuals,and saplings on upper and middle slope positions accounted for 70.00%of the total.The quantity of seedlings and saplings on upper and middle slope positions was greater than that on lower slope positions.Seedlings and saplings of T.cuspidata exhibited a significant spatially aggregated distribution pat-tern,and the aggregation intensity increased with the rise of kernel density grade,with the highest aggregation density oc-curring in the northwest and north areas.Correlation analysis indicated that topographic factors significantly affected the re-generation of seedlings and saplings.For seedlings,basal diameter had a significant negative correlation with slope aspect(P<0.05),plant height showed an extremely significant negative correlation with slope gradient(P<0.01)and a signifi-cant positive correlation with slope aspect(P<0.05),individual number had an extremely significant positive correlation with elevation(P<0.01).Slope gradient and elevation were the dominant factors affecting seedling regeneration.For sap-lings,basal diameter presented an extremely significant negative correlation with slope gradient(P<0.01)and a signifi-cant negative correlation with altitude(P<0.05),plant height had an extremely significant negative correlation with alti-tude(P<0.01).Slope gradient and altitude were the key topographic factors affecting sapling regeneration.Therefore,the in situ conservation and ex situ restoration of natural T.cuspidata populations should comprehensively consider the com-bined effects of various topographic factors.Combined with the regeneration rules and spatial distribution characteristics of seedlings and saplings under different topographic conditions,conservation areas should be scientifically delineated and restoration schemes optimized.
