长白落叶松×日本落叶松杂种全同胞家系纸浆材材性遗传变异OA
Genetic Variation in Pulpwood Properties of Full-Sib Families of Larix olgensis×Larix kaempferi Hybrid
为了筛选具备优良遗传特性的杂种落叶松(Larix spp.)家系和培育出兼具良好生长性能与优质材性的落叶松纸浆材新品种,选用黑龙江省林口县青山国家落叶松良种基地中 12 个 33 年生的长白落叶松×日本落叶松杂种全同胞家系,测定其生长、材性及制浆性状,开展遗传变异与多性状综合评价分析.结果表明:除粗浆得率和细浆得率外,12 个家系在树高、胸径、材积、基本密度、纤维形态及纤维素质量分数等性状上均存在显著差异.相关性分析显示,树高、胸径和材积均与纸浆产力呈显著或极显著正相关;基本密度与细浆得率呈极显著负相关;纤维长度与长宽比呈显著正相关;纤维宽度与长宽比呈极显著负相关.通过主成分分析与布雷金多性状综合评价,以 25%入选率筛选出综合性状优良的 3 个家系,分别为 73-27×草 16、73-14×日 3、73-27×草 18.揭示了杂种落叶松家系性状间的遗传关系.
To select hybrid larch(Larix spp.)families with excellent genetic characteristics and breed new larch pulpwood vari-eties with superior growth performance and high-quality wood properties,12 33-year-old full-sib families of Larix olgensis×Larix kaempferi hybrid were sampled from Qingshan National Larch Improved Variety Base in Linkou County,Heilongjiang Province.Growth traits,wood properties and pulping characteristics were determined,and genetic variation as well as multi-trait comprehensive evaluation were further analyzed.The results showed that except for coarse pulp yield and fine pulp yield,significant differences were observed among the 12 families in tree height,diameter at breast height(DBH),volume,basic wood density,fiber morphology and cellulose content.Correlation analysis indicated that tree height,DBH and volume were significantly or extremely significantly positively correlated with pulp yield,basic wood density presented an extremely significant negative correlation with fine pulp yield,fiber length was significantly positively correlated with fi-ber length-width ratio,fiber width was extremely significantly negatively correlated with fiber length-width ratio.Based on principal component analysis and Breckin multi-trait comprehensive evaluation method,three superior families with com-prehensive desirable traits were screened out at a selection rate of 25%,namely 73-27×Cao 16,73-14×Ri 3 and 73-27×Cao 18.This study revealed the genetic relationships among phenotypic traits of hybrid larch families.
