为深入探究澳洲坚果(Macadamia integrifolia Maiden&Betche)的繁殖机制,并通过有效利用昆虫授粉以提高产量,于云南西南部地区采用定点观测、图像采集、视频记录及形态鉴定等方法,系统调查了访花昆虫的种类组成、访花频率与日活动规律等行为特征.结果表明:该地区澳洲坚果园的访花昆虫共记录 4 目 7 科 8 属 11种,其中中华蜜蜂(Apis cerana cerana Fabricius)、大蜜蜂(Apis dorsata Fabricius)和意大利蜜蜂(Apis mellifera ligustica Spin.)为优势种;褐赤土蜂(Megascolia azurea Christ)、棕腿斑眼蚜蝇(Eristalinus arvorum Fabricius)、家蝇(Musca do-mestica Linnaeus)和中环蛱蝶(Neptis hylas Linnaeus)为常见种;珂环蛱蝶(Neptis clinia Moore)、双齿多刺蚁(Polyrha-chis dives Smith)、红火蚁(Solenopsis invicta Buren)和朽木甲(Cteniopus sulphureus Linnaeus)为稀有种.其中,中环蛱蝶、珂环蛱蝶和朽木甲为澳洲坚果访花昆虫新纪录种.访花昆虫组成存在地域差异,但优势种构成较为一致.访花行为显著受气候和花朵开放状态影响,盛花初期昆虫访花频率较高、单花停留时间长,但传粉效率较低;盛花高峰期访花频率达峰值,停留时间降至初期的 53%,传粉效率最高;谢花期访花频率逐渐下降,平均停留时间缩短至5 s.日活动高峰出现在 10:00、16:00 后访花活动逐渐减少.人工引入的授粉昆虫(如意大利蜜蜂)日活动强度高于自然种群.连续多年观测表明,引入授粉昆虫对本地自然传粉种群具有显著竞争效应,导致自然访花昆虫数量逐年下降,3 a 后趋于稳定.因此,建议在澳洲坚果园中合理利用人工饲养授粉昆虫以提高授粉效率,并加强对大蜜蜂等优势野生传粉昆虫的保护与利用.

To investigate the reproductive mechanism of Macadamia integrifolia Maiden&Betche and improve yield via effective insect pollination,we systematically studied the species composition,foraging frequency,and diurnal activity patterns of flower-visiting insects in southwestern Yunnan using fixed-point observation,image capture,video recording,and morpho-logical identification.The results showed that a total of 11 species of flower-visiting insects belonging to 8 genera,7 fami-lies,and 4 orders were recorded in M.integrifolia orchards in this region.Among them,Apis cerana cerana Fabricius,Apis dorsata Fabricius,and Apis mellifera ligustica Spin.were the dominant species.Megascolia azurea Christ,Eristalinus arvorum Fabricius,Musca domestica Linnaeus,and Neptis hylas Linnaeus were common species.Neptis clinia Moore,Polyrhachis dives Smith,Solenopsis invicta Buren,and Cteniopus sulphureus Linnaeus were rare species.N.hylas Linnae-us,N.clinia Moore,and C.sulphureus Linnaeus represent newly recorded flower-visiting insects on M.integrifolia.The composition of flower-visiting insects varied geographically,but the dominant species were relatively consistent.Foraging behavior was significantly affected by climate and flowering stage.Insect foraging frequency was higher and single-flower handling time was longer at the early blooming stage,but pollination efficiency was low.Foraging frequency peaked at the full-blooming stage,with handling time decreasing to 53%of that at the early stage,and pollination efficiency was the highest.At the late flowering stage,foraging frequency gradually decreased,and the average handling time shortened to 5 s.Diurnal foraging activity peaked at 10:00 and gradually declined after 16:00.Artificially introduced pollinators(e.g.,A.mellifera ligustica)exhibited higher diurnal activity intensity than natural populations.Long-term monitoring over multiple years indicated that introduced pollinators had a significant competitive effect on local natural pollinator assembla-ges,leading to a gradual decline in the abundance of natural flower-visiting insects,which stabilized after three years.Therefore,we suggest the rational utilization of artificially reared pollinators to enhance pollination efficiency in M.integri-folia orchards,as well as strengthened conservation and utilization of dominant wild pollinators such as A.dorsata.
