Published by China Social Sciences Press in 2017,Professor Zhu Bin's A Study on the Correlation Mechanism of Modal and Mood Elements in Modern Chinese is the outcome of his National Social Science Fund project.Focusing on the book's exploration of the asymmetry among modal affirmation,negation,and mood correlation,this paper summarizes its main contents through a comparative analysis of relevant chapters and provides a brief critical review.
