"双减"政策背景下城乡青少年科普教育的差异与对策OA

Urban-Rural Disparities and Countermeasures in Science Popularization Education for Adolescents under the"Double Reduction"Policy:Evidence from Hefei

在"双减"政策背景下,如何通过科普教育促进青少年科学素养的均衡提升成为重要议题.本文以合肥市城区桂花园学校紫园校区与长丰县杜集镇中心校为案例,基于111份有效问卷和访谈数据,分析城乡小学在设施、师资、课程与家庭支持等方面的差异.结果显示,城区小学有"设施齐全的实验室"的比例为38.46%,而村级小学"无实验室"的比例达26.92%;城区每学期开展科普实验课至少10次的比例为65.38%,而村级小学低频次(最多10次)占比73.08%.在师资方面,城区专职科学教师配置率为65.38%,高于村级小学的42.31%;家庭层面,城区83.78%的家庭陪同孩子参观科技场所,而95.74%的乡村家庭主要依赖学校课程.研究表明,城乡差距显著制约了科普教育的均衡发展.基于此,本文提出政策保障、资源下沉、师资建设和家校社协同等对策,为提升科学素养和推进教育公平提供实证参考.

Against the backdrop of the"Double Reduction"policy,promoting balanced science education has emerged as a critical imperative for enhancing adolescents'scientific literacy.Taking Guihuayuan Primary School(Ziyuan Campus)in the urban district and Dujizhen Central Primary School in Changfeng County as case studies,this paper analyzes disparities between urban and rural primary schools regarding facilities,teaching staff,curriculum implementation,and family support,based on 111 valid questionnaires and interview data.The results indicate that 38.46%of the urban school's facilities include fully equipped laboratories,whereas 26.92%of the village-level school lacks laboratories entirely.In terms of instructional frequency,65.38%of urban students participated in science experiment classes ten or more times per semester,compared to 73.08%of rural students who attended fewer than ten times.Regarding staffing,the allocation rate of full-time science teachers in the urban school was 65.38%,significantly higher than the 42.31%in the rural school.At the family level,83.78%of urban families accompanied their children to science venues,while 95.74%of rural families relied primarily on school-based curricula.The study demonstrates that the urban-rural gap significantly constrains the balanced development of science popularization education.Accordingly,this paper proposes countermeasures including policy guarantees,resource allocation to lower-tier institutions,teacher development,and home-school-community collaboration,providing empirical references for improving scientific literacy and advancing educational equity.
