基于南京白局个案分析的非物质文化遗产融入精神文明建设实践路向研究OA

The construction of spiritual civilization is a crucial project for cultivating core socialist values and improving the quality of citizens.As a cultural repository carrying the collective memory of the nation and local knowledge,Intangible Cultural Heritage(ICH)provides a unique localized practical path for spiritual civilization through its living transmission.Focusing on the typical case of Nanjing Baiju,this paper explores the core obstacles and practical directions for integrating performing ICH into spiritual civilization construction amidst the process of modernization.The study finds that Nanjing Baiju is currently confronted with multiple structural dilemmas,such as a generational gap among inheritors,an aging audience,market failure,and deviations in policy implementation.Consequently,there is a significant tension between its mechanism of living transmission and the objectives of spiritual civilization construction.By analyzing specific issues in the inheritance practice of Baiju,this paper proposes countermeasures to build a collaborative governance mechanism of"inheritors-communities-policies."This study aims to provide a reference paradigm for the deep integration of the modern transformation of similar ICH projects with spiritual civilization construction.
