双挂列车的模型建立与稳定性分析OA

建立双挂列车(A-double)模型,分析质量与回转半径对汽车列车行驶稳定性的影响.利用拉格朗日方程建立双挂列车五自由度单轨模型,对比数学仿真模型与 TruckSim 模型,验证仿真模型的有效性.讨论双挂列车稳定性评价指标,以3 个车辆单元中最大的横摆角速度及其后部放大系数评价双挂列车整体行驶稳定性.分析参数对双挂列车的影响,得出:分析范围内,半挂车质量增加或回转半径增加会导致 3 个车辆单元行驶稳定性下降,而维持半挂车转动惯量不变并增加其质量产生的作用则相反;中置轴挂车质量增加、回转半径增加或维持其转动惯量不变(增加质量)会导致两辆挂车的行驶稳定性下降,牵引车稳定性提高;两辆挂车的质量、回转半径对挂车的稳定性影响大于牵引车;相同载荷施加在中置轴挂车上比施加在半挂车上更容易引起汽车列车整体行驶稳定性变差.

This paper builds a double road train(A-double)model and analyzes the influence of mass and radius of gyration on the stability of double road trains.Lagrange equation is employed to build a five-degree-of-freedom single-track dynamic model for double road trains.Then,a mathematical simulation model is built and compared with TruckSim model to verify the effectiveness of the simulation model.The stability evaluation index of the double trailer train is discussed and the overall driving stability of the double trailer train is assessed with the maximum yaw rate and its rear amplification factor in the three vehicle units.An analysis of the influence of parameters on double road trains shows an increase in the mass or turning radius of the semi-trailer leads to a decrease in the driving stability of the three vehicle units whereas increasing its mass with its moment of inertia unchanged produces the opposite effect;an increase in the mass and turning radius of a center-axle trailer,or maintaining its moment of inertia constant results in a decrease in the riding stability of both trailers and an improvement in the stability of the tractor;the mass and turning radius of two trailers have a greater impact on the stability of the trailer than the tractor;applying the same load to a centre-axle trailer is more likely to cause a decrease in overall riding stability of the double road train than to a semi-trailer.
