分布式四轮驱动汽车轨迹跟踪与横向稳定性协调控制策略OA
Coordinated control strategy for trajectory tracking and lateral stability of distributed four-wheel drive vehicles
针对分布式驱动汽车在高速、低附着路面上容易失去稳定性这一现象,设计了一种集成轨迹跟踪与横向稳定性控制相协调的控制策略.其中,轨迹跟踪部分通过构建三自由度车辆动力学模型,结合模型预测控制(MPC)来控制前轮转角;稳定性部分设计分层控制策略,上层部分通过滑模控制输出所需的附加横摆力矩,下层部分则基于加权最小二乘法(WLS)设计以轮胎利用附着率为目标的力矩分配优化策略.利用 Carsim 和 Simulink 软件设计车速在较高车速85 km/h 时的高、低2 种附着系数路面工况,并进行联合仿真验证.仿真结果表明:在参考轨迹设计为双移线的工况下,相较于未采用稳定性控制的控制模型,采用稳定性控制后可以明显改善分布式驱动汽车在极限工况下的轨迹跟踪精度与横向稳定性,且在高速低附着路面上改善效果更明显.
Distributed four-wheel drive vehicles at high speeds are prone to losing stability on low-adhesion roads.To address the issue,this paper develops a control strategy integrating path tracking and lateral stability coordination.The trajectory tracking part builds a three-degree-of-freedom vehicle dynamics model and combines MPC to achieve the optimal tracking of the front wheel angle.The stability part designs a hierarchical control strategy.The upper layer employs sliding mode control to generate the required additional yaw moment.The lower layer designs a torque distribution optimization strategy targeting tire adhesion utilization rate based on weighted least squares(WLS).Finally,two road conditions with different adhesion coefficients at a speed of 85 km/h are designed using Carsim and Simulink software.Joint simulations are carried out for verification.Results show when the reference trajectory is designed as a double lane change,the stability control significantly improves the trajectory tracking accuracy and lateral stability of distributed drive vehicles in extreme conditions compared with the control model without stability control.The improvement is even more pronounced when vehicles are driving at relatively high speeds on low-adhesion roads.
