基于K-means聚类算法的白酒分段阈值分析OA
Segmentation Threshold Analysis of Liquor Based on K-means Clustering Algorithm
传统感官经验摘酒工艺存在基酒质量不稳定的核心问题,严重制约白酒行业规模化和标准化.以某酒厂特定糟醅类型产酒(CJ)糟型为研究对象,收集392条人工摘酒数据,结合酿造工艺特征,选取瞬时浓度、累计流量和综合浓度为核心指标,采用K-means聚类算法对各流酒阶段数据进行聚类分析.为解决聚类数k值选取主观性问题,采用肘部法则、轮廓系数及调整兰德指数构建多维度评估体系,科学确定最佳聚类数.研究表明,K-means算法可将流酒数据划分为6个类别,以聚类中心点作为分段阈值,形成针对性摘酒策略.针对不同流酒阶段特性选择差异化聚类维度,通过多指标协同验证聚类有效性,弥补了传统聚类方法在白酒摘酒应用中针对性不足的缺陷,对酿酒行业技术升级具有重要价值.
The traditional sensory-based liquor fractionation process faces a core issue of unstable base liq-uor quality,which severely restricts the large-scale and standardized development of the liquor industry.This study,by taking the CJ fermentation type from a certain distillery as the research object,collects 392 batches of manual liquor fractionation production data,and combines brewing process characteristics.In-stantaneous concentration,cumulative flow,and comprehensive concentration are selected as core indica-tors,and the K-means clustering algorithm is used to perform clustering analysis on the data at various sta-ges of liquor distillation and fractionation.To address the subjectivity in selecting the k value,the study in-tegrates the Elbow Method,silhouette coefficient,and adjusted Rand index to construct a multidimensional evaluation system,scientifically determining the optimal number of clusters.The study shows that the K-means algorithm can classify the liquor collection data into six clusters,and using the cluster centroids as fractionation segmentation threshold forms a targeted liquor collection strategy.The innovation of this re-search lies in selecting differentiated clustering dimensions according to the characteristics of different liq-uor collection stages,and validating clustering effectiveness through multiple indicators.This compensates for the lack of specificity in traditional clustering methods for liquor fractionation and has significant prac-tical value for technical upgrades in the brewing industry.
