民族药治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病研究进展OA
Research Progress of Ethnic Medicine in Treatment of Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease
冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)是一种发病率极高的常见心血管疾病,在传统中医学中归属于"胸痹心痛"范畴,民族药在治疗CHD上有着独特的认识与理解,可为治疗CHD提供新的治疗方案.在查阅文献的基础上,对民族药在CHD治疗中的常用药材和复方制剂研究进展进行综述,为临床CHD的治疗及创新药物的研发提供参考.
Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD)is a common cardiovascular disease with a high prevalence.In traditional Chinese medicine,it is classified as chest impediment and heart pain.Ethnic medicine possesses distinctive theoretical understandings and therapeutic advantages in the management of CHD,offering novel therapeutic strategies for this condition.Based on a comprehensive literature review,this paper summarizes the recent research progress on medicinal materials and compound preparations commonly used for CHD treatment.This review aims to provide a scientific reference for clinical treatment of CHD and also for the research and development of innovative drugs.
