随着城市空中交通(Urban Air Mobility,UAM)概念的兴起,电动垂直起降飞行器(Electric Vertical Takeoff and Landing,eVTOL)作为其核心运载工具,其地面基础设施场站的规划建设已成为前沿热点.规划选址作为先行环节,其科学性直接决定了eVTOL系统与城市交通系统的融合效能.本文旨在构建一个适用于规划选址阶段的交通影响综合评价指标体系.通过剖析eVTOL场站的交通特性与影响机理,从地面与空域交通安全、交通设施、交通效率及交通环境四个维度出发,系统性地提出了包含多个具体指标的评价体系,并探讨了层次分析法与模糊综合评价法在指标集成中的应用,以期为决策者提供量化、前瞻性的规划工具,从源头降低潜在交通风险,促进城市空中交通的可持续发展.

With the rise of Urban Air Mobility(UAM),the planning and construction of ground infrastructure—vertiports—for Electric Vertical Takeoff and Landing(eVTOL)aircraft,the core vehicles of this system,has become a forefront research focus.As the initial phase,the scientific approach to site selection directly determines how effectively the eVTOL system can integrate with urban transportation networks.This paper aims to develop a comprehensive traffic impact assessment indicator system suitable for the planning and site selection stage.By analyzing the traffic characteristics and impact mechanisms of eVTOL vertiports,a systematic evaluation system with multiple specific indicators is proposed from four dimensions:ground and airspace traffic safety,traffic facilities,traffic efficiency,and traffic environment.The application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method for indicator integration is also explored,intending to provide decision-makers with a quantitative and forward-looking planning tool to mitigate potential traffic risks from the outset and foster the sustainable development of Urban Air Mobility..
