新疆公路交通碳排放影响因素及其防控策略研究OA
Research on the Influencing Factors of Carbon Emissions from Road Transportation in Xinjiang and Control Strategies
基于2009-2022年新疆公路运输能源消费与周转量数据,采用IPCC排放因子法核算碳排放总量,并运用LMDI分解模型识别关键驱动因素.研究发现:新疆公路交通碳排放呈"先升后稳"趋势,2013 年后增速放缓;货运是主要排放源,占比超 85%;北疆与南疆呈现显著区域异质性.依托新疆丰富的风光资源,本文提出"光储充放+低温适配"新能源车辆推广方案,并构建"交通-能源-生态"三位一体防控体系,为边疆地区绿色交通转型提供可落地的政策参考.
Based on energy consumption and turnover data of Xinjiang's road transport from 2009 to 2022,this study calculates total carbon emissions using the IPCC emission factor methodology and identifies key driving factors through the Logarithmic Mean Divisia Index(LMDI)decomposition model.The findings reveal that carbon emissions from road transportation in Xinjiang followed an"initial increase followed by stabilization"trend,with growth rates slowing significantly after 2013.Freight transport is the dominant emission source,accounting for more than 85%of total emissions.Notably,pronounced regional heterogeneity exists between Northern and Southern Xinjiang.Leveraging Xinjiang's abundant solar and wind resources,this paper proposes a"photovoltaic-storage-charging-discharging+low-temperature adaptation"strategy for promoting new energy vehicles and establishes an integrated"transport-energy-ecology"three-in-one mitigation framework,offering practical and actionable policy insights for green transportation transition in frontier regions.
