枳实始载于《神农本草经》,被列为中品,其味苦、辛、酸,性微寒,主归脾、胃经,是传统理气药的代表,有破气消积、化痰散痞之效.现代研究证实,枳实富含黄酮类、生物碱及挥发油等多种活性成分,具有调节胃肠动力、抗炎、抗氧化、升压及强心等多方面的药理作用.本文系统梳理了枳实的现代研究进展,重点围绕其化学成分、药理作用及临床应用方面展开深入探讨,旨在为枳实的科学应用及创新药物研发提供理论依据.
Fructus Aurantii Immaturus was first documented in the Divine Farmer's Materia Medica,classified as medium grade.It has a bitter,pungent,and sour taste,with a slightly cold nature,and primarily acts on the spleen and stomach meridi-ans.It is a representative traditional qi-regulating herb,it effectively breaks stagnant qi,eliminates food accumulation,trans-forms phlegm,and disperses fullness.Modern research has confirmed that Fructus Aurantii Immaturus is rich in various active components such as flavonoids,alkaloids,and volatile oils,and exhibits a wide range of pharmacological effects,including regu-lating gastrointestinal motility,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,hypertensive,and cardiotonic actions.This article systematically reviews the modern research achievements of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus,focusing on its chemical composition,pharmacological mechanisms,and clinical applications,with the aim of providing a theoretical basis for the scientific application and new drug de-velopment of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus.
