基于慢性疾病轨迹模式的健康教育对癫痫患儿服药依从性及生活质量的影响OA
Impact of health education based on chronic disease trajectory patterns on medication adherence and quality of life in children with epilepsy
目的 探讨慢性疾病轨迹模式的健康教育对学龄期癫痫患儿的影响.方法 选取滨州市某三级甲等医院2022年8月至2023年8月收治的100例学龄期癫痫患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组.对照组(50例)实施常规护理,观察组(50例)在常规护理基础上实施基于慢性疾病轨迹模式的管理.比较两组患儿的服药依从性、情绪状况、生活质量等.结果 护理后,观察组Morisky服药依从性量表(Morisky medication adherence scale,MMAS)评分、各项儿童癫痫生活质量量表(quality of life scale for children with epilepsy,QOLCE)评分均高于对照组,儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查量表(children's anxiety disorder screening scale,SCARED)、儿童抑郁障碍自评量表(children's self rating depression scale,DSRSC)评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 在学龄期癫痫患儿中应用慢性疾病轨迹模式的健康教育护理效果显著,可改善患儿情绪状态,提高患儿服药依从性,提升生活质量.
Objective To explore the impact of health education on chronic disease trajectory patterns on school-age children with epilepsy.Methods One hundred school-age children with epilepsy admitted to a tertiary hospital in Binzhou City from Au-gust 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(50 cases)received routine nursing care,while the observation group(50 cases)re-ceived chronic disease trajectory management besides routine nursing care.Medication adherence,emotional status,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing care,the Morisky medication adherence scale(MMAS)score and the quality of life scale for children with epilepsy(QOLCE)scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The scores of Screen for child anxiety related emotional disorders(SCARED)and depression selfrating Scale for children(DSRSC)were lower than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion The ap-plication of chronic disease trajectory model in health education and nursing for school-age children with epilepsy has significant effects,which can improve their emotional state,enhance medication compliance,and improve their quality of life.
