针对城区深基坑工程中钢筋混凝土支撑梁传统拆除方法存在的飞石、振动控制难、粉尘和噪声影响大等问题,提出了一种安全、高效、绿色的新型闷爆技术.即预先拆除妨碍地下室主体结构施工的支撑梁段;待地下室结构完工并达到设计强度后,利用该地下室结构作为密闭防护体系,对内部剩余支撑梁实施毫秒延时控制爆破.并通过精细化参数设计(单耗1 000~1 300 g/m3)、孔内外联合延期网路(单孔药量 200~400 g,最大单响药量≤2 000 g)系统地控制爆破有害效应.工程应用表明:闷爆技术使爆破飞石和粉尘被完全约束在地下室结构的内部,外部噪声显著降低;实测爆破峰值振速为0.225 cm/s;混凝土与钢筋笼完全分离.为复杂环境下的深基坑支撑梁拆除提供了可推广的创新性解决方案.

Conventional demolition methods for reinforced concrete support beams in urban deep foundation pit en-gineering often face challenges such as difficult control of flyrocks and vibration,significant impact of dust and noise.A safe,efficient,and environmentally friendly confined blasting technique was proposed.Support segments that obstruct the construction of the main basement structure are pre-demolished.After the basement structure is completed and reaches the design strength,the basement structure is used as an enclosed protective system to implement millisecond-delay controlled blasting on the remaining internal supports.Parameter design was refined,with an explosive consumption of 1 000-1 300 g/m3.In the joint delay network inside and outside the hole,the single hole charge is 200-400 g,and the maximum single charge is no more than 2 000 g.Blast-induced adverse effects are systematically controlled.Engineering applications de-monstrate that,in confined blasting technology,blasting flyrocks and dust are completely confined inside the basement structure,and external noise is significantly reduced.Measured peak vibration velocity during blasting is 0.225 cm/s.The concrete and rebar cage are completely separated.It provides a scalable and innovative solution for the demolition of deep foundation pit supports in complex environments.
