乳化炸药水相主成分包括硝酸铵NH4 NO3、硝酸钠NaNO3 和水.提出了一种基于偏最小二乘法的近红外光谱多组分定量分析模型,根据光谱-理化值共生距离分类法对乳化炸药水相红外光谱数据进行样本划分,从而得到校正集和预测集.采用标准正态变量变换(SNV)+Savitzy-Golay(S-G)卷积平滑+多元散射校正(MSC)+S-G卷积求导预处理手段,对相关性光谱区间进行特征提取,建立乳化炸药水相组分含量的偏最小二乘回归(PLS)预测模型.建立的模型校正集决定系数R2C 为0.994,校正集均方根误差RMSEC为1.600 2;预测集决定系数R2P 为0.952,预测集均方根误差RMSEP为1.700 9,相对分析误差RPD为3.324 9.结果表明,该定量分析模型的准确性、稳定性和可靠性满足实际需求.近红外光谱法可实现乳化炸药水相主成分含量的在线检测.同时,利用该近红外光谱分析模型测量水相NH4NO3 析晶点,平均标准偏差<0.3,相较人工测量稳定性更好,准确度更高.并且利用该模型探究水相配方比例对析晶点稳定性的影响,得出水相中NaNO3 最优质量分数为4.0%左右.

The main components of the aqueous phase of emulsion explosives include ammonium nitrate NH4 NO3,sodium nitrate NaNO3,and water.A multi-component quantitative analysis model for near-infrared spectroscopy based on partial least squares metho was proposed.According to the spectral-physicochemical value c symbiosis distance classifica-tion method,the infrared spectral data of the aqueous phase of emulsion explosives were divided into samples to obtain a calibration set and a prediction set.Standard normal variable transformation(SNV)+Savitzy-Golay(S-G)convolution smoothing+multivariate scattering correction(MSC)+S-G convolution differentiation preprocessing method were used to extract the features of the correlation spectral intervals,and a partial least squares regression(PLS)prediction model for the aqueous phase component content of emulsion explosives was established.In the established model,the determination coefficient R2C of the calibration set is 0.994,and the root mean square error RMSEC is 1.600 2.The determination coeffi-cient R2P of the prediction set is 0.952,and the root mean square error RMSEP is 1.700 9.The relative analysis error RPD is 3.324 9.The results indicate that the accuracy,stability,and reliability of the quantitative analysis model meet practical needs.Near-infrared spectroscopy can achieve online detection of the main component content of emulsion explosives.Meanwhile,the near-infrared spectroscopy analysis model was used to measure the ammonium nitrate crystallization point in the aqueous phase.The average standard deviation is less than 0.3,indicating better stability and higher accuracy com-pared to manual measurement.This model was also used to investigate the influence of the proportion of aqueous phase components on the stability of crystallization points.It is concluded that the optimal sodium nitrate content ratio in aqueous phase is about 4.0%.
