为了提高电雷管的防射频和电流钝感性能,在普通工业电雷管基础上,通过增加桥丝直径、在桥丝表面黏附一层钝感薄膜及改变引火药剂等方法,制备了防射频高钝感电雷管.对引火元件进行发火电流、静电感度试验.结果表明:钝感电雷管满足项目要求,最小发火电流达到 1.152 A;静电感度达 2 000 pf、20 kV不爆炸,远超2 000 pf、8 kV的要求;电雷管的电流安全性能显著提高.

In order to improve the anti radio frequency and current insensitive performances of electric detonators,based on ordinary industrial electric detonators,anti radio frequency and high insensitive electric detonators were manufac-tured by increasing the diameter of the bridge wire,adhering a layer of insensitive film on the surface of the bridge wire,and changing the ignition agent.The ignition current and electrostatic sensitivity tests were conducted on the ignition ele-ments.The results show that the insensitive electric detonator meets the project requirements.The minimum firing current reaches 1.152 A.The electric detonator does not explode at 2 000 pf and 20 kV,far exceeding the electrostatic sensitivity requirements of 2 000 pf and 8 kV.The current safety performance of the detonator is significantly improved.
