为提高抽滤模压工艺制备可燃药筒的生产效率并减少废水排放,在浆料中引入离子型分散剂.将浆料质量分数由当前的0.5%提高至1.0%,浆料沉降速度降低近1 半;通过抽滤湿坯、热压成型和定容燃烧试验考察了提高浆料质量分数后模压可燃药筒的力学性能和燃烧性能.采用添加分散剂的浆料制备的湿坯质量一致性有所提高,模压可燃药筒的力学性能和现行工艺制备的相当,燃烧性能正常.表明提高浆料质量分数可在保持模压可燃药筒质量的基础上提高生产效率和减少废水.

To improve production efficiency and reduce wastewater discharge in the vacuum filtration molding process for manufacturing combustible cartridge cases,an ionic dispersant was added to the slurry.When the mass fraction of slurry was increased from 0.5%to 1.0%,the sedimentation speed of the slurry decreased by nearly half.The mechani-cal and combustion properties of molded combustible cartridge cases with increased slurry mass fraction were investigated by vacuum-filtered wet preforms,hot-press forming,and constant-volume combustion tests.Wet preforms prepared from the dispersant-stabilized slurry exhibits improved mass uniformity.The mechanical properties of the molded combustile cartridge cases are comparable to those produced by the current process,and combustion behavior remains normal.These indicate that raising the slurry mass fractions can increase production efficiency and reduce wastewater generation while maintaining the quality of molded combustible cartridge cases.
