为解决PBT叠氮四组元推进剂药浆工艺性能差、力学性能低的问题,研究了工艺助剂、网络调节剂种类等对推进剂工艺性能和力学性能的影响.结果表明:以WL-02 为网络调节剂、添加工艺助剂GZ-1 时,加固化剂前混合机的扭矩可降低60%,加固化剂后药浆的初始黏度为 314.7 Pa·s,使用期超过 3h;以WL-02 为网络调节剂、JH-1+JH-2 为组合键合剂,固化参数为0.95~1.00、交联参数为0.3 时,推进剂20℃的抗拉强度≥2 000 kPa,-50、20、70℃的伸长率≥25%.所制备的PBT叠氮推进剂具有良好的工艺性能和力学性能,可满足常规自由装填结构发动机装药需求.

In order to solve the problem of poor process performances and low mechanical properties of PBT azide four-component propellant slurry,the influence of process additives,network modifiers and other factors on process per-formances and mechanical properties of the propellant was studied.The results show that when WL-02 is used as a network modifier and process additive GZ-1 is added,the torque of the mixer before adding the curing agent could be reduced by 60%.After adding the curing agent,the initial viscosity of the propellant slurry is 314.7 Pa·s,and the usage period ex-ceeds 3 hours.When WL-02 is used as a network modifier and JH-1+JH-2 is used as a composite bonding agent,with cu-ring parameters of 0.95-1.00 and crosslinking parameters of 0.3,the tensile strength of the propellant at 20℃ is not less than 2 000 kPa,and the elongation at-50,20 and 70℃ is not less than 25%.The PBT azide propellant prepared demonstrates excellent process characteristics and mechanical performances,satisfying all requirements in conventional free loading structure engine charging.
