基于"血浊理论"探讨妇科瘀证"浊-瘀-毒"病机演变规律及辨治要点OA

The original"blood turbidity theory"reveals the evolutionary patterns of disease mechanisms underlying metabolic and complex diseases at the blood pathology level.This paper introduces this theory into the treatment of gynecological diseases.It integrates it with the"stasis-toxin"doctrine advocated by the Qilu gynecology school,aiming to construct an integrated disease mechanism model of the dynamic transformation of"turbidity-stasis-toxin".Our team holds that under the influence of turbidity,stasis,toxin,gynecological diseases mostly exhibit the core pathological evolutionary pattern of stasis resulting from turbidity,and toxin brewing from prolonged stasis.Women depend on liver blood for physiological function and are connected by the thoroughfare and conception channels;thus,internal accumulation of blood turbidity is the critical foundation for the formation of stasis syndrome.When turbidity pathogens stagnate in the uterine collaterals,they initially hinder qi,gradually condense into stasis,and eventually form pelvic masses.When stasis blood is detained for extended periods,stagnation transforms into heat,corroding and damaging the collaterals,thereby generating toxic pathogens,leading to deep-seated,lingering,and recurrent conditions.Based on this,our team proposes that stasis syndrome in gynecology should follow the guideline of clarifying the source and clearing the flow along with stage-based treatment,establishing a treatment strategy of taking turbidity resolution as the pivot throughout the entire process.We emphasize not only attacking the already-formed stasis but especially focusing on clearing and transforming the yet-unformed turbidity to intercept transmission and prevent recurrence.The"blood turbidity theory"provides a new theoretical explanation and a stage-based differentiation and treatment framework for gynecological diseases such as endometriosis,adenomyosis,and polycystic ovary syndrome,and embodies the deep integration and academic innovation between internal medicine theories and gynecological-specific disease theories.
