炼化企业员工素质能力建设的作用探讨OA

The refining and chemical industry is characterized by technological complexity,a high density of installations,and elevated safety risks.Consequently,the professional competency of personnel significantly impacts both the safety performance and operational efficiency of enterprises.Management personnel,profes-sional technicians,and skilled operators constitute the core workforce of enterprise operations;thus,their com-petency building is crucial for ensuring safe production.Using a large refining and chemical enterprise as a case study,this study explored the pathways and key elements of competency building for these three categories of personnel.Furthermore,the intrinsic relationship between personnel competency and workplace safety was sys-tematically analyzed.Ultimately,these findings aim to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for en-hancing the safety management levels within refining and chemical enterprises.
