基于产碱-脱硫复合菌的油井腐蚀生物防控技术研究及应用OA
Biological Mitigation of Oil Well Corrosion Using an Alkaline-Producing and Desulfurizing Microbial Consortium
油田部分区块采出液存在 pH 偏低、矿化度高、CO2 含量高、硫酸盐还原菌滋生等突出问题,导致井下管柱和地面管网腐蚀严重,不仅给油田生产带来巨大损失,还造成了一定的安全风险和环境影响.为解决该问题,采用生物缓蚀剂对采出液进行处理,通过菌种的产碱作用,缓慢温和地调节采出液的pH,避免油井结垢风险,同时利用脱硫菌种有效清除采出液中的 S2-,从而实现腐蚀因素的有效控制.为验证实际防腐效果,对某采油厂腐蚀问题较为严重的5 口油井开展生物缓蚀现场试验,结果表明,生物缓蚀剂能够显著降低采出液的腐蚀率,5 口油井采出液缓蚀率均达到了 85%以上,有效解决了管柱腐蚀问题,试验油井免修期延长90%以上.生物防腐技术能够从根本上改变采出液的腐蚀特性,实现对设备及管线的主动防护,为油田腐蚀防控提供了新途径.
The produced fluids in certain oilfield blocks exhibit prominent issues such as low pH,high sa-linity,elevated CO2 content,and the proliferation of sulfate-reducing bacteria.These factors lead to the severe corrosion of downhole tubulars and surface pipeline networks,causing not only substantial production losses but also significant safety risks and environmental impacts.To address these challenges,biological corrosion inhibi-tors were employed to treat the produced fluids.Through the alkalinization effect of specific bacterial strains,the pH of the produced fluids was gradually and mildly adjusted,thereby mitigating the risk of well scaling.Simultaneously,desulfurizing bacteria were utilized to effectively eliminate sulfide ions from the fluids,achie-ving the comprehensive control of corrosive factors.To verify the practical anti-corrosion efficacy,field trials u-sing these biological inhibitors were conducted on five oil wells suffering from severe corrosion in a specific oil production plant.The results demonstrated that the biological inhibitors significantly reduced the corrosion rate of the produced fluids.Specifically,the corrosion inhibition efficiency across all five wells exceeded 85%,ef-fectively resolving the tubular corrosion issue and extending the workover-free period of the tested wells by over 90%.Ultimately,biological anti-corrosion technology can fundamentally alter the corrosive characteristics of produced fluids and achieve the active protection of equipment and pipelines,providing a novel and environ-mentally friendly approach for corrosion prevention and control in oilfields.
