糖尿病骨质疏松危险因素及护理研究进展OA
Progress in Research on Risk Factors and Nursing Care for Osteoporosis in Diabetes
糖尿病患者合并骨质疏松的相关并发症不容忽视,如骨密度降低、微结构破坏、骨脆性增加及骨折风险升高等,其中骨折及其后续并发症是最为严重的临床结局.骨质疏松的防治是糖尿病管理中的重要环节,而系统性的护理干预对于改善骨代谢指标、预防骨折发生具有关键作用.因此,本文通过系统检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据、PubMed及Web of Science等中英文数据库截至2025年1月1日的相关文献,从糖尿病性骨质疏松的病理生理特点、危险因素、糖尿病用药及综合护理管理措施方面进行综述,以期为临床工作人员在早期筛查、风险干预、患者教育和长期管理方面提供参考,从而有效提升护理质量,优化患者预后.
The complications associated with diabetes patients complicated with osteoporosis cannot be overlooked,including reduced bone mineral density,deterioration of bone microstructure,increased bone fragility,and elevated risk of fractures.Among these,fractures and their subsequent complications represent the most severe clinical outcomes.The prevention and management of osteoporosis constitute a critical component of diabetes care,and systematic nursing interventions play a key role in improving bone metabolism indicators and preventing fracture occurrence.Therefore,this article systematically reviews literature published up to January 1,2025,from Chinese and English databases such as CNKI,Wanfang Data,PubMed,and Web of Science.It summarizes findings on the pathophysiological characteristics,risk factors,diabetes medications,and comprehensive nursing management strategies related to diabetic osteoporosis.The aim is to provide clinical practitioners with evidence-based references for early screening,risk intervention,patient education,and long-term management,thereby effectively enhancing the quality of care and optimizing patient prognosis.
