基于"主客交"理论探讨系统性硬化症的病机及辨治思路OA

The"Host-Pathogen Interaction"theory was proposed by the renowned physician WU Youxian in his work"On Pestilence".Initially,it was mainly used for treating epidemic diseases.Later,through the inheritance and development by subsequent medical practitioners,the theory extended to the treatment of chronic diseases with de-ficiency of the body's vital energy and coexisting pathogenic factors,which are difficult to heal.The core of"Host-Pathogen Interaction"lies in the deficiency of the body's vital energy and the intrusion of pathogenic factors,which cannot be expelled externally and are intertwined with the blood vessels,forming stubborn diseases.Systemic sclerosis is characterized by a congenital deficiency of the spleen and kidney yang,and the invasion of external pathogens,which compete with each other on the skin,blood vessels,and internal organs.Over time,phlegm and blood stasis are gen-erated internally,and the blood vessels become congested and filled with blood stasis,which is closely related to the"Host-Pathogen Interaction"theory.Based on this,the method of tonifying the host and expelling the guest,and un-blocking the meridians and resolving the interaction is proposed for the treatment of systemic sclerosis.
