中非赋能式农业合作的具体实践与启示OACHSSCD

Agricultural cooperation holds a significant position in China-Africa cooperation.China and Madagascar have carried out hybrid rice cooperation through a three-dimensional integrated approach of"strategic alignment-rule support-capacity building",achieving an empowerment-oriented agricultural cooperation.Firstly,China and Madagascar have created a mutually beneficial cooperation platform through strategic alignment.Secondly,China has driven the agricultural development of Madagascar by dual investment of funds and technology through the agricultural technology demonstration center,and promoted sustainable bilateral agricultural cooperation through a combination of agricultural technology promotion methods.Finally,China has worked jointly with Madagascar to shape its independent production capacity by cultivating agricultural technical talents and extending the agricultural cooperation industrial chain.To advance the in-depth development of South-South cooperation,it is necessary to continuously pay attention to cooperation in basic livelihood sectors such as agriculture,attach greater importance to mechanism innovation for the collaborative participation of Global South countries,and build a development-oriented knowledge-sharing system.
