本研究选取红叶石楠(Photinia×fraseri)作为生物指示物,系统分析了其叶片Cr、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Cd、Pb等重金属的污染特征、富集能力及潜在来源.在Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ五类功能区设置40个采样点,采集叶片样品并采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)测定重金属含量,计算生物富集系数(BCF),并利用Pearson相关性分析量化重金属间的相关性.结果表明,叶片重金属含量存在明显差异,其中,Zn和As分别在Ⅰ区和Ⅳ区含量最高,达128.55和0.17 mg/kg,Cr、Ni在Ⅱ区和Ⅳ区最高,部分点位Cd超标.红叶石楠叶片对重金属的富集能力整体偏弱,均属于"无 或 轻 微 富 集"(BCF≤1.72),主要表现为表面吸附作用.Ⅰ区是Zn的主要来源(贡献率57%),Ⅱ区以Cr和Ni为主,Ⅳ区以As、Cr、Pb和Ni为主.Cr与Ni、As与Pb之间呈强相关性,相关系数分别为0.98、0.78,表明存在共同来源.综合表明,红叶石楠叶片能有效指示工业、交通及生活源重金属污染的空间特征,为区域大气污染监测与环境治理提供数据参考.

The study selected Photinia×fraseri as bioindicator to systematically analyze the pollution characteristics,enrichment capacity,and potential sources of heavy metals including Cr,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Cd,and Pb in its leaves.40 sampling points were set up across 5 types of functional zones marked as Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ.Leaf samples were collected,and the contents of heavy metals were determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS).The bioconcentration factor(BCF)was calculated,and Pearson correlation analysis was adopted to quantify the correlations among different heavy metals.The results showed that there were significant differences in the heavy metal contents in leaves.Specifically,the contents of Zn and As were the highest in zone Ⅰ and zone Ⅳ,reaching 128.55 and 0.17 mg/kg,respectively.The contents of Cr and Ni were the highest in zone Ⅱ and zone Ⅳ,and Cd content exceeded the standard at some sampling points.The overall heavy metal enrichment capacity of Photinia×fraseri leaves was weak,all belonging to"no or slight enrichment"(BCF≤1.72),mainly manifested as surface adsorption.Zone Ⅰ was the main source of Zn(contribution rate:57%),zone Ⅱ dominated the sources of Cr and Ni,and zone Ⅳwas the main sources of As,Cr,Pb and Ni.There was a strong correlation between Cr and Ni,as well as between As and Pb,with correlation coefficients of 0.98 and 0.78,respectively,indicating common sources for each pair.Collectively,Photinia×fraseri leaves can effectively indicate the spatial characteristics of heavy metal pollution from industrial,transportation,and domestic sources,providing a data reference for regional atmospheric pollution monitoring and environmental governance.
