有机肥部分替代化肥对安化茶园茶叶产量与品质的影响OA

为探究有机肥部分替代化肥对安化茶园茶叶产量与品质的影响,本试验以6年生茶树槠叶齐为试验材料,分析不同有机肥替代化肥比例(处理1,不施氮肥;处理2,施有机氮肥;处理3,施有机氮肥1/3+化学氮肥2/3;处理4,施有机氮肥1/2+化学氮肥1/2;处理5,施有机氮肥2/3+化学氮肥1/3;处理6,施无机氮肥)下的茶叶经济性状、产量、品质和茶园土壤养分情况.结果表明,处理5的茶叶芽数、平均芽重、平均芽长、叶片长、叶片宽、单芽叶片数均较高,分别为113.8个/m2、1.46 g、13.90 cm、3.99 cm、1.70 cm、3.41片;处理5的鲜叶产量最高,为1 116.32 kg/667 m2;处理5的茶叶水浸出物含量最高(41.25%),处理4的茶叶氨基酸含量最高(4.19%).土壤理化性质方面,处理5的土壤全氮(1.89 g/kg)、有效磷(31.87 mg/kg)含量均最高.综上,有机氮肥2/3+无机氮肥1/3是茶园氮肥施用较佳模式,可有效改善茶树生长发育状态、茶园土壤理化性状,提升茶叶品质,可进一步推广应用.

To investigate the effects of partially replacing chemical fertilizers with organic fertilizers on the yield and quality of tea produced in Anhua tea gardens,this experiment used 6-year-old tea tree species Zhuyeqi as the test material.The study analyzed the economic traits,yield,quality,and soil nutrient conditions of tea leaves under different proportions of organic fertilizers replacing chemical fertilizers(treatment 1,no nitrogen fertilizer applied;treatment 2,applied organic nitrogen fertilizer;treatment 3,applied 1/3 organic nitrogen fertilizer+2/3 chemical nitrogen fertilizer;treatment 4,applied 1/2 organic nitrogen fertilizer+1/2 chemical nitrogen fertilizer;treatment 5,applied 2/3 organic nitrogen fertilizer+1/3 chemical nitrogen fertilizer;treatment 6,applied inorganic nitrogen fertilizer).The results showed that the number of tea buds,average bud weight,average bud length,leaf length,leaf width,and the number of single bud leaves in treatment 5 were all higher,being 113.8 buds/m2,1.46 g,13.90 cm,3.99 cm,1.70 cm,and 3.41 leaves respectively;the yield of fresh leaves in treatment 5 was the highest,at 1 116.32 kg/667 m2;the tea water extract content of treatment 5 was the highest(41.25%),while the amino acid content of treatment 4 was the highest(4.19%).In terms of soil physical and chemical properties,the soil in treatment 5 had the highest contents of total nitrogen(1.89 g/kg)and available phosphorus(31.87 mg/kg).In conclusion,the optimal nitrogen application pattern for tea gardens is 2/3 organic nitrogen fertilizer+1/3 chemical nitrogen fertilizer.This approach can effectively improve the growth and development of tea plants,the physical and chemical properties of the tea garden soil,and enhance the quality of tea leaves.It can be further widely promoted and applied.
