Research progress on high-efficiency bee pollination technology for blueberry

蓝莓为依赖昆虫授粉的园艺作物之一,其花冠朝下,自花授粉效率有限,蜜蜂授粉可提高坐果率与产量.本文梳理蓝莓的植物学特征及授粉方式,阐述高效蜂授粉技术的研究进展与应用实践.蓝莓栽培品种按生态型分为高丛、矮丛和兔眼蓝莓,其中高丛蓝莓已分化出北高丛、南高丛和半高丛类型.当前授粉方式涵盖昆虫、人工、风力、机械及水雾授粉,其中蜜蜂授粉在坐果率提升和产量增长方面优势较大.设施蓝莓生产中常用蜂种包括东方蜜蜂、西方蜜蜂和地熊蜂,三者分别在采集频率、蜜源利用效率等方面各具优势.蜂群配置需匹配棚室面积与花期,授粉期应实施绿色防控、补充糖水与清洁水源,花期结束后及时撤蜂复壮,实现蜂群循环利用.蜂授粉技术已在多地建立示范基地,应用于设施果蔬与经济果木,成为现代农业绿色发展的关键技术路径.

Blueberry is one of the horticultural crops relying on insect pollination.Its downward corolla limits the efficiency of self-pollination,and honeybee pollination improved fruit set rate and yield.This paper sorted out the botanical characteristics and pollination methods of blueberries,and elaborated the research progress and application practices of efficient bee pollination technology.Cultivated blueberry varieties were divided into highbush,lowbush and rabbiteye blueberries according to ecotypes,among which highbush blueberries had differentiated into northern highbush,southern highbush and half-highbush types.Current pollination methods included insect pollination,artificial pollination,wind pollination,mechanical pollination and water mist pollination,and honeybee pollination presented prominent advantages in raising fruit set rate and yield.Common bee species adopted in protected blueberry production comprised Apis cerana,Apis mellifera and Bombus terrestris,which possessed respective superiorities in foraging frequency and nectar resource utilization efficiency.Bee colony allocation matched greenhouse area and flowering period;green prevention and control,supplementary sugar water and clean water supply were conducted during pollination periods.Bee colonies were removed and rejuvenated timely after flowering to realize their cyclic utilization.Bee pollination technology had established demonstration bases in numerous regions and applied to protected fruits,vegetables and economic fruit trees,which became a critical technical route for the green development of modern agriculture.
