优质籼型水稻品种Y两优4299的综合评价OA
Comprehensive evaluation of the high-quality indica rice variety Y Liangyou 4299
本研究以Y两优4299为供试品种,采用完全随机区组设计,于2021-2022年在长江中下游稻区17个试验点进行区域试验,测定产量、农艺性状、病虫害抗性及稻米品质等指标,并运用t检验、变异系数、主成分分析、偏最小二乘判别分析及相关性分析等方法进行综合评价.结果显示,Y两优4299平均有效穗数等多数农艺性状表现优于对照品种丰两优4号,2021年和2022年的平均产量分别为655.39和674.91 kg/667 m2,较对照增产5.58%和8.18%,产量及农艺性状的变异系数分别在4.43%~11.51%、3.85%~12.87%;病虫害抗性鉴定表明,该品种抗稻瘟病,中感白叶枯病,高感褐飞虱;稻米品质分析表明,Y两优4299在2021年和2022年的品质分别为优质3级和优质2级;相关性分析表明,千粒重与产量呈负相关,其是导致Y两优4299与丰两优4号产量差异的关键因素.综上,Y两优4299丰产性、稳产性、稻瘟病抗性均表现优良,适应性强,具有一定的推广潜力.
In this study,Y Liangyou 4299 was used as the test variety.A completely randomized block design was adopted,and regional trials were conducted at 17 experimental sites in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River from 2021 to 2022.Indicators such as yield,agronomic traits,disease and pest resistance,and rice quality were measured.Comprehensive evaluation was performed using t-test,coefficient of variation,principal component analysis,partial least squares discriminant analysis,and correlation analysis.The results showed that Y Liangyou 4299 was superior to the control variety Fengliangyou No.4 in most agronomic traits,including average effective panicle number.The average yields of Y Liangyou 4299 in 2021 and 2022 were 655.39 and 674.91 kg/667 m²,respectively,representing yield increases of 5.58%and 8.18%compared with the control.The coefficients of variation for yield and agronomic traits ranged from 4.43%to 11.51%and from 3.85%to 12.87%,respectively.Disease and pest resistance identification indicated that the variety was resistant to rice blast,moderately susceptible to bacterial blight,and highly susceptible to brown planthopper.Rice quality analysis showed that the quality grades of Y Liangyou 4299 reached Grade 3 high-quality rice in 2021 and Grade 2 in 2022.Correlation analysis indicated that thousand-grain weight was negatively correlated with yield,and this trait was identified as a key factor causing the difference between Y Liangyou 4299 and Fengliangyou No.4.In summary,Y Liangyou 4299 exhibits excellent performance in high-yield potential,yield stability,and blast resistance,with strong adaptability and certain promotion potential.
