高职教师专业发展是职业教育高质量发展的关键举措.在教育强国建设进程中,高职教师专业发展需实现三重价值跃迁,即通过职业能力跃迁、职业认同提升与发展动力强化实现高职教师专业身份的立体化嬗变,依托课程体系重构、育人模式创新与产教融合深化破解传统职业教育碎片化困境,借助赋能产业升级、传承技术技能、促进社会公平助力职业教育突破"学历补偿"功能;融合三重角色使命,即"学习知识、创新知识、传授知识"之"为学"经师,"锤炼技艺、创新技艺、传授技艺"之"为事"匠师,"涵养德行、砥砺德行、化育德行"之"为人"人师.为此,要探索四重实践路径,即构建"双轨四维"能力跃迁机制,夯实高职教师专业发展基石;打造"三链融合"课程重构模式,创新高职教师专业发展阵地;搭建"四阶共生"产教融合平台,优化高职教师专业发展生态;实施"五维评价"激励体系,增强高职教师专业发展内在动力.

Professional development of higher vocational education teachers is a key initiative for the high-quality development of vocational education.In the process of building a powerful educational country,the professional development of higher vocational teachers needs to achieve a triple value jump through the leap of vocational ability,the improvement of professional identity and the strengthening of development momentum;realize three-dimensional transformation of professional identity relying on the reconstruction ofcurriculum system,the innovation of education mode and the deepening of industry-education integration to solve the fragmentation dilemma of traditional vocational education;break through the function of"academic compensation"with the help of empowering industrial upgrading,inheriting technical skills,and promoting social equity;integrate the triple role mission of"learning knowledge,innovating knowledge,and imparting knowledge"as a"learner"teacher,"tempering skills,innovating skills,and imparting skills"as a"craftsman"teacher,and"cultivating virtue,tempering virtue,and cultivating virtue"as a"human teacher".In order to enhance the internal motivation of higher vocational teachers'professional development,we can explore the four-fold practice paths:build a"dual-track and four-dimensional"ability leap mechanism to consolidate the cornerstone of higher vocational teachers'professional development,create a"three-chain integration"curriculum reconstruction model to innovate the professional development position of higher vocational teachers,build a"four-level symbiosis"industry-education integration platform to optimize the professional development ecology of higher vocational teachers,and implement a"five-dimensional evaluation"incentive system.
