职教专硕是高层次"双师型"职教师资的核心储备力量,其培养质量直接关系到职业教育师资队伍专业化建设水平与职业教育高质量发展进程.破解当前职教专硕培养中学术性、职业性、师范性三维属性割裂的现实困境,关键在于构建"学术—职业—师范"共生培养范式.该范式以学术性筑基、职业性赋能、师范性立魂为三维定位,以共生性统合为本质内核,其内在逻辑体现为价值层面三维属性的统一契合、结构层面多元场域的协同耦合、生成层面知识—技术—教学能力的螺旋演进.为此,需从培养体系优化、育人场域协同、能力提升平台搭建、保障机制完善四方面系统推进,为职教专硕培养模式创新与质量提升提供理论支撑与实践方向.

Master students of vocational education constitute the core reserve of high-level"dual-qualified"teachers for vocational education,and the quality of their training is directly linked to the professional development of vocational education teaching workforce and the high-quality development of vocational education.Addressing the practical dilemma of fragmentation among the three dimensions of academic,vocational and pedagogical in current master training of vocational education hinges on constructing a symbiotic training paradigm of"Academics-Vocation-Pedagogy".This paradigm takes"academic grounding,vocational empowerment,and pedagogical orientation"as its three-dimensional positioning,with symbiotic integration as its essential core.Its internal logic manifests as the unified coherence of the three attributes at the value level,the collaborative coupling of multi-field cooperation at the structural level,and the spiral progression of knowledge-technology-teaching competence at the generative level.Accordingly,systematic advancement is required across four dimensions of optimization of training system,coordination of educational contexts,construction of capacity enhancement platforms,and improvement of safeguard mechanisms,which can provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the innovation and quality improvement of master training of vocational education.
