教育博士新增职业技术教育方向的认识逻辑、运行张力与未来进路OA
Cognitive Logic,Operational Tensions and Future Paths of Doctor of Education in Vocational and Technical Education
教育博士新增职业技术教育方向是培养博士层次"双师型"职教教师的新课题.建构"双师型"博士层次职教教师培养新范式,探索从重点布局到全覆盖的渐进发展新路径,聚焦实践真问题引领职业教育新发展,开拓"人工智能+教育+专业"学科融合新格局,建立"政府+高校+企业+职业院校"协同育人新机制,是职业技术教育方向教育博士培养的核心逻辑.同时,教育博士实践运行过程中还面临类型定位与学术化惯习的冲突、资源有限性与需求广泛性的矛盾、目标实践性与评价学术性的错位、交叉融合与学科话语权的博弈以及跨界协同与机制壁垒抵牾等运行张力.基于此,职业技术教育方向教育博士培养应厘清培养标准,优化培养方案顶层设计;聚焦重点需求,形成多元协同培养格局;健全实践成果评价体系,打造职教师资培养学科交叉平台;深化协同机制,创新培养模式.
The addition of doctor of education program to vocational and technical education track has raised a new issue:how to cultivate doctoral-level"dual-qualified"vocational teachers.The conceptual underpinnings of doctor of education in vocational and technical education comprise five core dimensions:constructing a new paradigm for nurturing doctoral-level"dual-qualified"vocational educators;charting a progressive path from focused deployment to full coverage;focusing on authentic vocational education challenges to drive innovation;forging a new integration pattern of"artificial intelligence+education+specialized disciplines";establishing a collaborative mechanism of"government+universities+enterprises+vocational colleges".Employing a tension-analysis perspective,this study identifies key operational tensions,including:conflicts between the program's applied orientation and entrenched academic paradigms;contradictions between limited resources and widespread needs;a misalignment between practical objectives and academic evaluation criteria;the dynamics between interdisciplinary integration and disciplinary sovereignty;and constraints arising from the imperative for cross-boundary collaboration amidst existing institutional barriers.Consequently,subsequent training practices should prioritize the following:clarifying training standards to optimize the top-level design of programs;focusing on key needs to form a diversified and collaborative training landscape;improving a practice-oriented achievements evaluation system;building robust interdisciplinary platforms centered on"AI+education+specialisation";and implementing an effective collaborative training model involving"government,universities,enterprises and vocational schools".
