分类推进高校改革视域下职业本科教育的生态位探析OA
On the Ecological Niche of Vocational Undergraduate Education in the Context of Categorized Advancement of Higher Education Institutes Reform
分类推进高校改革为职业本科教育生态位的发展提供了基础框架和动力源泉,有利于进一步凸显政治属性、保障人民属性和强化战略属性.生态位理论分析框架下,分类推进高校改革与职业本科教育生态位发展在强化角色定位、优化资源利用、深化功能输出等方面存在耦合逻辑.推动职业本科教育生态位实现良性发展,应描绘理想图景,牢固确立"本科层次+职业导向+技能属性"的生态位发展定位;厘清学科性与职业性、区域性与全国性、"新双高"建设与职业本科教育开展等三大关系,避免生态位发展的认知偏差;通过实施分类管理、分类发展、分类评价,破解职业本科教育生态位发展的主要制约.
Classifying and advancing university reforms provides top-level design and a driving force for the development of vocational undergraduate education,which helps further highlight political attributes,safeguard the people-oriented nature,and strengthen strategic attributes.Under the framework of ecological niche theory,there is a triple coupling logic between promoting university reform and vocational undergraduate ecological niche development:strengthening role positioning,optimizing resources utilization,and deepening functional output.This paper proposes three methods to overcome the main constraints on the development of vocational undergraduate ecological niche:depict an ideal picture and firmly establish the ecological niche development positioning of"undergraduate level+career orientation+skill attributes";clarify three major relationships between disciplinary and vocational,regional and national,and"New Double High"and the development of vocational undergraduate programs,in order to avoid cognitive biases in ecological niche development;implement classified management,classified development and classified evaluation,so as to overcome the main constraints in the development of vocational undergraduate education.
