自贸港背景下海南茶旅融合发展路径研究OA

Against the backdrop of the coordinated advancement of"tea culture,tea industry and tea technology"and the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port,institutional opening-up is reshaping the circulation conditions,consumption scenarios,and value-chain extension potential of Hainan's tea industry.From the four dimensions of policy,technology,culture and industry,tea-tourism integration in Hainan presents a chain-like feature of"policy guidance-technological support-cultural translation-industrial carrying capacity-feedback optimization."The study shows that Hainan has developed foundations in institutional openness,technological support,cultural accumulation and industrial carrying capacity.However,the advantages of the Free Trade Port have not yet been stably transformed into sustained value-added capacity.This is mainly reflected in insufficient institutional translation,inadequate quality expression,weak trans-formation of cultural resources into brand recognition,insufficient carrying capacity for open-oriented business forms and inadequate market-signal feedback.Therefore,coordinated efforts should be made in institutional translation,quality expression,narrative integration,business-form carrying capacity and feedback circulation,so as to promote the transformation of opening-up advantages into sustained value-added capacity.
