A Study on the Coupling and Coordinated Development of Tea and Tourism Industries in Sanming City,2013-2024

茶产业与旅游产业的协调发展对于推动山区农村乡村振兴具有重要意义.研究利用福建省三明市2013-2024年间茶产业和旅游产业的产业数据,构建涵盖12项指标的茶产业与旅游产业综合评价体系,运用熵值法确定指标权重,并采用耦合协调度模型测算2013-2024年两大产业的耦合协调演进轨迹.研究发现:2013-2024年间三明市茶旅产业耦合协调度呈"波动上升—高位峰值—结构性回落—渐进复苏"的阶段性特征;2020年协调度达到峰值,进入"良好协调"阶段,此后受疫情冲击与产业结构调整影响而回落;2023-2024年呈现"旅游引领、茶业跟进"的非对称复苏格局,两系统综合发展水平差距持续扩大.基于此,研究从政策协同、品牌与精深化转型、数字化赋能和提高产业韧性4个维度提出优化建议,为三明市实现茶产业与旅游产业高质量发展提供理论参考.

The coordinated development of the tea and tourism industries is of great significance for promoting rural revitalization in mountainous areas.Using panel data of the tea and tourism industries in Sanming City,Fujian Province,from 2013 to 2024,this study constructed a comprehensive evaluation system for the tea-tourism industries comprising 12 indicators.The entropy weight method was employed to determine the weights of the indicators,and a coupling coordination degree model was used to measure the evolution trajectory of the coupling coordination between the two industries from 2013 to 2024.The findings indicate that:during the study period,the coupling coordination degree of the tea and tourism industries in Sanming exhibited a stage-wise characteristic of"fluctuating rise-peak at a high level-structural decline-progressive recovery".The coordination degree reached its peak in 2020,entering a stage of"good coordination",before declining under the impact of the pandemic and industrial restructuring.The period 2023-2024 witnessed an asymmetric recovery pattern characterized by"tourism-led growth with tea industry lagging",as the development gap between the two systems continued to widen.Based on these findings,this paper proposed optimization recommendations from four dimensions:policy synergy,brand building and deep processing transformation,digital enablement,and enhancing industrial resilience,providing a theoretical reference for Sanming City to achieve high quality integrated development of its tea and tourism sectors.
