数字化转型背景下职业院校学生工匠精神的认同机制与培育路径研究OA

From the perspective of social identity,the formation of the identification mechanism of students'craftsman spirit in vocational colleges includes three progressive links:social classification,social comparison and positive differentiation.Under the background of digital transformation,the core value of craftsman spirit is impacted by technical rationality and efficiency orientation.The cultivation of students'craftsman spirit in vocational colleges is faced with dilemmas:unclear positioning caused by distinctive threat,and marginalization caused by group value threat.Therefore,vocational colleges should reconstruct the boundary of craftsman groups based on the type characteristics of vocational education,reshape the value orientation of craftsman spirit beyond instrumental rationality,and strengthen students'craftsman identity by deeply cultivating professional fields,so as to help students form a firm identification of craftsman spirit.
