高特质愤怒大学生对情绪面孔优势反应抑制的事件相关电位特点OACHSSCD
Characteristics of event-related potentials of response inhibition to dominant emotional faces in college students with high trait anger
目的:考察高特质愤怒大学生对情绪面孔优势反应抑制功能的事件相关电位(ERP)特点.方法:从某医学院的大学生中筛选出高特质愤怒组37 人[特质愤怒问卷(TAS)得分≥21 分且攻击问卷(AQ)愤怒分问卷得分≥19 分]、低特质愤怒组34 人[TAS 得分≤15 分且 AQ 愤怒分问卷得分≤13 分],采用情绪面孔 Go/No-Go 范式,同步记录行为数据和脑电数据.结果:在 No-Go 任务中,高特质愤怒组的正确率低于低特质愤怒组(P<0.05).ERP 结果显示,高特质愤怒组的 N2 波幅大于低特质愤怒组(P<0.05),高特质愤怒组在愤怒面孔和厌恶面孔诱发的 N2 波幅大于平静面孔(均 P<0.05);高特质愤怒组的 P3 波幅显著大于低特质愤怒组(P<0.05).结论:高特质愤怒大学生在抑制控制任务中存在行为抑制缺陷,表现出增强的 N2/P3 波幅.
Objective:To examine the event-related potential(ERP)characteristics of response inhibition to dominant emotional facesin college students with high trait anger.Methods:A total of 71 participants were screened from a larger sample of medical,including 37 individuals in the high trait anger group[Trait Anger Scale(TAS)score≥21 and Aggression Questionnaire(AQ)anger subscale score≥19]and 34 in the low trait anger group[TAS score≤15 and AQ anger subscale score≤13].An emotional face Go/No-Go task was administered,dur-ing which behavioral and EEG data were recorded.Results:The high trait anger group exhibited lower accuracy in No-GO trials compared with the low trait anger group(P<0.05).ERP results revealed larger N2 amplitudes in high trait anger group(P<0.05).Angry and disgusted faces elicited larger N2 amplitudes than neutral faces(Ps<0.05).The high trait anger group showed significantly larger P3 amplitudes compared to the low trait anger group(P<0.05).Conclusion:College students with high trait anger exhibit deficits in behavioral inhibition during inhibi-tory control tasks,characterized by enhanced N2 and P3 amplitudes in response to negative emotional stimuli.
