青少年神经性厌食患者人格特征的meta分析OACHSSCD

Objective:To systematically evaluate the personality traits of adolescents with anorexia nervosa(AN).Methods:Case-control studies were retrieved from PubMed,EMBase,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,CNKI,CQVIP,CBM,and Wanfang databases.A meta-analysis was performed using Stata 17.Results:Compared with controls,AN patients scored higher in perfectionism(MD=1.96,95%CI:0.74-3.81,P＜0.01),ineffective-ness(MD=5.71,95%CI:3.21-8.20,P＜0.001),interpersonal distrust(MD=0.58,95%CI:0.42-0.74,P＜0.005),harm avoidance(MD=4.02,95%CI:1.61-6.43,P＜0.001),and persistence(MD=0.89,95%CI:0.13-1.64,P＜0.05),but lower in novelty seeking(MD=-2.61,95%CI:-4.41--0.81,P＜0.01).Sub-group analysis showed that restricting type anorexia nervosa(AN-R)patients exhibited higher harm avoidance(MD=6.43,95%CI:1.36-11.5,P＜0.05)and lower novelty seeking(MD=-5.12,95%CI:-8.29--1.95,P＜0.01)than controls.Conclusion:Adolescents with AN exhibit distinct personality traits characterized by high perfectionism,ineffectiveness,interpersonal distrust,harm avoidance,and low novelty seeking.AN-R is particularly associated with pronounced harm avoidance and reduced novelty seeking.These findings provide valuable insights for early identification and personalized interventions for AN.
