针对混凝土拌合站施工现场环境复杂、风险因素多样及传统安全管理依赖经验、监控布设缺乏科学依据等问题,文章提出一种基于多风险指数计算模型的风险场划分方法.通过构建涵盖人员活动、机械设备、危险源分布及环境条件的多维风险因子体系,引入空间栅格化与距离衰减函数建立连续风险场模型;采用层次分析法(AHP)确定各风险因子权重,计算栅格单元综合风险值,并结合地理信息系统(GIS)空间插值技术生成可视化风险数据底图,实现施工区域风险等级的空间划分.结果表明,该方法能够有效揭示风险分布特征,为施工现场智能监控布设提供量化依据,提升安全管理的精细化与智能化水平.研究结果可以作为城市信息模型与智能建造的底层算法支撑,为智能城市全生命周期安全监管提供微观场景的数据底座.

Addressing the challenges of complex on-site environments,diverse risk factors,reliance on experience in traditional safety management,and the lack of a scientific basis for monitoring layout at concrete batching plants,this paper proposes a risk field zoning method based on a multi-risk index calculation model.A multi-dimensional risk factor system covering personnel activities,mechanical equipment,hazard distribution,and environmental conditions is constructed.By introducing spatial rasterization and a distance decay function,a continuous risk field model is established.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to determine the weights of each risk factor,and the comprehensive risk value of each grid cell is calculated.Combined with geographic information system(GIS)spatial interpolation technology,a visualized risk data base map is generated to achieve spatial zoning of risk levels within the construction area.The results show that this method effectively reveals the spatial distribution characteristics of risks,provides a quantitative basis for the layout of intelligent monitoring on construction sites,and enhances the refinement and intelligence level of safety management.The research findings can serve as underlying algorithmic support for city information modeling and intelligent construction,offering a data foundation for micro-scenario-based full-lifecycle safety supervision in smart cities.
