科产城融合视角下合肥高新区科创街区规划实践与创新OA

Against the backdrop of the integration of science,industry,and city becoming the core path for high-quality urban transformation,sci-tech innovation districts,as key spatial carriers that gather innovation resources and connect industrial development with urban life,play an important role in enhancing regional innovation vitality.This article takes the Hefei high-tech zone sci-tech innovation district as the research object,drawing on typical domestic and international cases of sci-tech innovation districts to distill the core connotation of such districts and the extended characteristics under the guidance of science-industry-city integration.By combining the sci-tech foundation and development needs of Hefei high-tech zone,the study clarifies the planning background,delineates the district scope,and constructs a spatial structure of'one corridor and three zones',systematically explaining the planning strategies from four dimensions:spatial integration,industrial ecosystem,service facilities,and scene creation.
