Comparative Study on the Determination of Total Organic Matter/Organic Mass Content of Organic Fertilizer by Burning Method and Potassium Dichromate Capacity Method

有机质含量作为有机肥料养分的重要来源,是评价有机肥料质量的一项重要技术指标.文章以市售有机肥料为研究对象,分别采用灼烧法和重铬酸钾容量法检测有机肥有机物总量/有机质含量,比较不同检测方法所得有机物总量/有机质含量的差异.结果表明:应用灼烧法测试有机肥有机物总量(以烘干基计)结果平均值为26.0%,相对标准偏差为1.53%;重铬酸钾容量法测试有机肥有机质含量的平均值为22.8%,相对标准偏差为0.37%.两种分析测试方法测得的结果相对标准偏差均小于5%,绝对差值为3.2%.该研究旨在通过实验探究采用灼烧法和重铬酸钾容量法检测分析有机肥料有机物总量/有机质含量的差异性,通过测试有机物总量/有机质含量,分析有机肥料的理化性质,评价有机肥料有机质含量,以期为提高有机肥利用率和农业可持续发展提供理论依据.

Organic matter content,as an important source of nutrients in organic fertilizers,is a crucial technical indicator for evaluating the quality of organic fertilizers.This article takes commercially available organic fertilizers as the research object,and employs the ignition method and potassium dichromate volumetric method to detect the total organic matter/or-ganic matter content of organic fertilizers,respectively,to compare the differences in the total organic matter/organic matter content obtained by different detection methods.The results indicate that the average value of the total organic matter(on a dry basis)of organic fertilizers tested by the ignition method is 26.0%,with a relative standard deviation of 1.53%;the average value of the organic matter content of organic fertilizers tested by the potassium dichromate volumetric method is 22.8%,with a relative standard deviation of 0.37%.The relative standard deviations of the results obtained by the two an-alytical testing methods are both less than 5%,and the absolute difference is 3.2%.This study aims to explore the differ-ences in detecting the total organic matter/organic matter content of organic fertilizers using the ignition method and potassi-um dichromate volumetric method through experiments.By testing the total organic matter/organic matter content,analyzing the physicochemical properties of organic fertilizers,and evaluating the organic matter content of organic fertilizers,this study provides a theoretical basis for improving the utilization rate of organic fertilizers and promoting sustainable agricultur-al development.
