沼渣添加对黄瓜育苗基质性能的影响OA

针对草炭消耗和沼渣消纳双重问题,开展沼渣添加替代草炭应用黄瓜育苗基质尝试,对沼渣资源化利用具有实际指导意义.试验以牛粪沼渣为试验材料,与草炭、蛭石、珍珠岩按一定比例(V/V)混配,以传统育苗基质为对照(CK),研究沼渣替代不同比例草炭在黄瓜穴盘育苗中的应用效果.试验结果表明:1)沼渣添加使得容重、pH值、EC随着用量比例的升高而迅速增加,总孔隙度则呈现缓慢下降的趋势,当沼渣添加达到一定比例后,基质理化指标均临界或者超限行业标准;2)幼苗生长指标株高、茎粗、鲜重、干重均显示T1、T2处理各项生长指标优于CK.出苗率、壮苗指数对比显示,除T5外,所有处理均高于对照,表明适量沼渣添加能够提高黄瓜的出苗率、壮苗指数;3)应用二元回归方程,得到黄瓜育苗基质主要单项指标的沼渣最佳应用比例介于10%~24%,综合评价沼渣适宜添加比例为17.44%~21.32%;沼渣部分替代草炭应用于育苗促进黄瓜幼苗生长,黄瓜育苗基质沼渣最适添加比例为20%.

In response double challenges of excessive consumption for peat and biogas residue disposal,applying biogas residue as a partial substitute for peat to cucumber seedling substrates was investigated in this study,which providing practi-cal guidance for efficient resource utilization of biogas residue;As the test material,cattle manure biogas residue was mixed with peat,vermiculite,and perlite at specific volume ratios,and the feasibility of using biogas residue as a substitute for peat in cucumber seedling substrate was explored:1)the addition of biogas residue caused a rapid increase in bulk densi-ty,pH,and EC of the cucumber seedling substrate as the proportion increased,while the total porosity showed a slow de-crease.When the addition proportion for biogas residue reached a specific value,all indicators approached or exceeded the recommended limit standard,which inhibiting the growth of cucumber seedlings.2)Seedling growth indicators,including plant height,stem diameter,fresh weight,and dry weight,demonstrated that the T,and T2 treatments outperformed the CK.Comparisons of emergence rate and seedling strength index revealed that all treatments,except T5,were superior to the CK,indicating that an appropriate amount of biogas residue can enhance cucumber emergence and seedling vigor.3)Using binary regression analysis,the optimal substitution ratio of biogas residue for key individual indicators of cucumber seedling substrate ranged from 10%~24%.A comprehensive evaluation suggested that the suitable substitution ratio lies between 17.44%~21.32%;Partial substitution of peat with biogas residue in seedling substrates promotes cucumber seedling growth,with the optimal addition ratio of biogas residue being approximately 20%.
