机械平茬对宿根蔗蔗蔸及产量的影响OA

Effects of Mechanical Stubble Shaving on Stubble and Yield of Ratoon Sugarcane

为了解机械平茬对宿根蔗蔗蔸及其产量的影响,在广西扶绥县昌平乡和武鸣县城厢镇分别对中蔗 3号和桂糖 44 号开展不同宿根年份的机械平茬试验,以不平茬为对照(CK),调查分析机械平茬处理的宿根蔗蔗蔸变化、产量表现及对下茬宿根蔗蔗蔸的影响.结果表明,中蔗 3 号机械平茬处理的 1 年宿根蔗和 2 年宿根蔗蔗蔸地下茎长分别为 13.70 和 11.64 cm,地下芽数分别为 7.09 和 6.40,均极显著小于 CK;桂糖 44 号机械平茬处理的 1 年宿根蔗蔗蔸地下茎长为 11.86 cm,地下芽数为 7.83,也均极显著小于 CK.宿根蔗收获后,桂糖 44 号机械平茬处理的下茬宿根蔗蔗蔸地下茎长为 17.61 cm,极显著大于 CK,地下芽数为 9.17,比 CK 多41.73%,显著大于 CK,地下茎重、根鲜重和根茎比与 CK 差异不显著.中蔗 3 号机械平茬处理的 1 年宿根蔗和 2 年宿根蔗出苗数、分蘖期苗数、有效茎数和甘蔗产量及桂糖 44 号机械平茬处理的 1 年宿根蔗有效茎数均显著高于 CK,甘蔗产量比 CK 增产 7.98%~11.16%.机械平茬除去了地上芽和上位芽,可促进中、下位芽萌发生长,增加有效茎,提高甘蔗产量,并延缓宿根蔗蔗蔸位置上移,增加下茬蔗蔸地下芽数,延长宿根年限.

In order to understand the effect of mechanical stubble shaving on stubble and yield of ratoon sugarcane,mechanical stubble shaving experiments were carried out on Zhongzhe 3 in Changping Township,Fusui County and Guitang 44 in Chengxiang Township,Wuming County,Guangxi.The change of the stubble,yield performance of ratoon sugarcane and the influence on the stubble of the next ratoon sugarcane were investigated by mechanical stubble shaving treatment with no stubble shaving as the control(CK).The results showed that the underground stem length of 1-year and 2-year ratoon sugarcane treated with mechanical stubble shaving for Zhongzhe 3 was 13.70 and 11.64 cm,and the underground bud number was 7.09 and 6.40,respectively,which were extremely significantly lower than the CK.The underground stem length and underground bud number of 1-year ratoon sugarcane treated with mechanical stubble shaving for Guitang 44 were 11.86 cm and 7.83,which were also extremely significantly lower than the CK.After harvesting,the underground stem length of next ratoon sugarcane with mechanical stubble shaving for Guitang 44 was 17.61 cm,which was significantly higher than that in CK.The underground bud number was 9.17,which was 41.73%higher than in CK,and also significantly higher than in CK.There were no significant differences in underground stem weight,root fresh weight and root-stem ratio compared with CK.The number of seedlings emerging,the number of seedlings at tillering stage,the number of effective stems and the yield in 1-year and 2-year ratoon sugarcane after mechanical stubble shaving treatment for Zhongzhe 3;the number of millable canes in 1-year ratoon sugarcane after mechanical stubble shaving treatment for Guitang 44 were all significantly higher than the CK;the yield of sugarcane increased by 7.98%-11.16%.Mechanical stubble removed the above and upper buds,promoted the germination and growth of the middle and lower buds,increased the millable canes,increased the yield of sugarcane,delayed the upward movement of the position of sugarcane stump,increased the number of underground buds of the next ratoon stubble,and extended the years of ratoon.
