本文针对传统混凝土基桩声波透射法在缺陷识别、空间定位、定量分析以及场地信息集成等方面存在的不足,提出了一种融合3DGIS(三维地理信息系统)与超声波层析成像技术的混凝土基桩可视化信息集成方法.该方法基于多换能器布置的优化正反演算法与信息后处理技术,实现了混凝土基桩内部结构缺陷的精准定位、定性与定量化分析,构建了集三维结构可视化、数据展示查询、风险预测等功能于一体的混凝土基桩三维信息模型系统.该系统不仅能高效整合桩体与周围地质环境之间的空间关联信息,还能为工程技术人员提供直观、全面的安全评估依据.研究结果表明:该方法在提升桩基检测精度、增强结果可解释性与提高信息管理效率等方面具有显著优势,可为混凝土基桩智能检测与安全运维提供技术路径和理论支持.

To address the limitations of traditional cross-hole sonic logging method in defect identification,spatial localization,quantitative analysis,and site information integration,a visualization information integration method for concrete piles that integrates 3DGIS(three-dimensional geographic information system)and ultrasonic tomographic imaging was proposed.Based on an optimized forward and inverse algorithm for multi-transducer arrangement and post-processing techniques,accurate localization,shape reconstruction,and quantitative analysis of internal structural defects in concrete piles were achieved by this method.A three-dimensional information model system was constructed,integrating functions such as 3D structural visualization,data display and query,and risk prediction.Spatial correlation information between pile structures and the surrounding geological environment was effectively integrated.A comprehensive and intuitive basis for safety assessment was provided for engineering personnel.The results show that the proposed method significantly improves pile defect detection accuracy,enhances interpretability of the results,and increases information management efficiency.It is expected to offer a technical pathway and theoretical support for intelligent inspection and safe operation of concrete piles.
