中西医视角下心脑交互的机制与治疗OA
Heart-brain interaction:mechanisms and therapeutic strategies from integrated TCM and western medicine
心脑血管疾病在全球呈现高发病率,也是导致残疾和死亡的主要原因.该文融合中西医视角,从中医"心脑同源"理论出发,综合分析心血管危险因素和脑部病变对心脑轴的影响.阐述了包含代谢重编程、炎症-氧化级联反应,以及由十-十一易位甲基胞嘧啶双加氧酶(TET 酶)介导的表观遗传调控的三维调控轴.进一步探讨多靶点治疗药物,包括他汀类、钠-葡萄糖协同转运蛋白 2(SGLT2)抑制剂,以及通心络胶囊、脑心通胶囊等中药制剂对心血管和神经系统的保护作用.未来前景包括人工智能(AI)辅助药物发现、新型药物递送平台(如功能化水凝胶和纳米载体),将为心脑靶向治疗提供有前景的解决方案.
Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases have a high global incidence and are major causes of disability and mortality.This review integrates perspectives from both TCM and modern medicine.Based on the TCM theory of"heart-brain homology",it comprehensively analyzes the effects of cardiovascular risk factors and cerebral lesions on the heart-brain axis.A three-dimensional regulatory axis is proposed,encompassing metabolic reprogramming,inflammatory-oxidative cascade reactions,and epigenetic regulation mediated by ten-eleven translocation methylcytosine dioxygenases(TET enzymes).Furthermore,the protective effects of multi-target therapeutic agents,including statins,sodium-glucose cotransporter 2(SGLT2)inhibitors,and TCM preparations such as Tongxinluo Capsules and Naoxintong Capsules,on the cardiovascular and nervous systems are discussed.Future directions include artificial intelligence(AI)-assisted drug discovery and novel drug delivery platforms(e.g.,functional hydrogels and nanocarriers),which offer promising strategies for heart-brain targeted therapy.
