为探究生物物理培肥模式对坡耕辣椒(Capsicum annuum)地土壤肥力的改良效果,选择湖南湘潭典型坡耕地开展田间小区试验,共设置7个处理,分别为常规施肥(CF)、CF+1 125 kg/hm2矿物质调理剂(SC)及SC+生物有机肥1 875 kg/hm2(BOF1)、3 750 kg/hm2(BOF2)、7 500 kg/hm2(BOF3)、11 250 kg/hm2(BOF4)、15 000 kg/hm2(BOF5).研究矿物质调理剂与生物有机肥配施对坡耕辣椒地土壤pH值、有机质、阳离子交换量、养分含量、酶活性、微生物生物量碳、微生物生物量氮、微生物生物量磷的影响.结果表明:与SC处理相比,矿物质调理剂配施不同用量生物有机肥处理的辣椒产量增加29.65%~91.42%,净收益显著增加87.46%~190.85%,有机质含量提高8.65%~23.67%,阳离子交换量提高0.54%~6.90%;BOF4处理的土壤碱解氮、有效磷和速效钾含量分别显著提高16.72%、89.32%、73.31%,土壤全氮和全磷含量分别显著提高14.20%和22.94%,土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶活性分别显著提高13.92%和99.23%;BOF3处理的土壤微生物生物量碳显著提高64.17%,BOF4处理的土壤微生物生物量磷显著提高48.16%.土壤质量评价显示,生物有机肥施用量增加到一定水平后,土壤质量指数的提升效果开始下降.总体而言,矿物质调理剂与生物有机肥配施能显著增加坡耕辣椒地土壤有机质含量,有效扩充土壤养分库,同时提高土壤酶活性与微生物生物量碳含量,实现耕地质量提升与增产增收,且以SC+11 250 kg/hm2生物有机肥处理(BOF4)的综合改良效果最佳.

To investigate the improvement effects of a biophysical fertilization model on soil fertility in sloping farmland cultivated with pepper(Capsicum annuum),a field plot experiment was conducted in typical sloping farmland in Xiangtan,Hunan Province.Seven treatments were established:conventional fertilization(CF),CF+1 125 kg/hm2 mineral conditioner(SC),and SC+bio-organic fertilizer at 1 875 kg/hm2(BOF1),3 750 kg/hm2(BOF2),7 500 kg/hm2(BOF3),11 250 kg/hm2(BOF4),and 15 000 kg/hm2(BOF5).We evaluated the effects of co-application of SC and bio-organic fertilizer on soil pH value,soil organic matter(SOM),cation exchange capacity(CEC),nutrient contents,enzyme activities,microbial biomass carbon(MBC),microbial biomass nitrogen(MBN),and microbial biomass phosphorus(MBP)in sloping farmland soil.The results indicated that,compared with the SC treatment,the combined application of SC with varying rates of bio-organic fertilizer increased pepper yield by 29.65%-91.42%and enhanced net benefit by 87.46%-190.85%.These combined treatments also increased the SOM content by 8.65%-23.67%,and CEC by 0.54%-6.90%.The BOF4 treatment significantly increased the contents of soil alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium by 16.72%,89.32%and 73.31%,respectively,and significantly elevated the contents of soil total nitrogen and total phosphorus by 14.20%and 22.94%,respectively.The BOF4 treatment also significantly enhanced soil urease and sucrase activities by 13.92%and 99.23%,respectively.The BOF3 treatment significantly increased soil MBC by 64.17%,and the BOF4 treatment significantly increased soil MBP by 48.16%.Soil quality assessment revealed that the soil quality index exhibited diminishing returns when the bio-organic fertilizer application rate exceeded a certain threshold.Overall,the combined application of SC and bio-organic fertilizer can increase SOM,expand the soil nutrient pool,and enhance soil enzyme activities and MBC,thereby improving soil quality and pepper yield in sloping farmland.The combined treatment of SC and 11 250 kg/hm2 bio-organic fertilizer(BOF4)exhibits the optimal improvement effect.
